AgricIQ+

Terms of Use

Account notice version 2026-10-09. Service terms version 2026-09-08-v2.

1. Platform purpose

AgricIQ+ provides farm-recording, planning, educational and decision-support tools. It does not replace a veterinarian, animal nutritionist, laboratory diagnosis, vaccine label, manufacturer instruction or emergency professional care.

2. User responsibility and clinical limitation

You remain responsible for farm decisions, animal observation, lawful medicine and vaccine use, biosecurity, withdrawal periods and obtaining qualified advice. Outputs depend on the accuracy and completeness of information supplied. Do not rely on AgricIQ+ as the sole basis for diagnosing disease, prescribing treatment or responding to an outbreak.

3. Automated diagnosis and treatment-plan exclusion

Photograph interpretation, likely conditions, treatment procedures, medication options and follow-up plans are automated decision-support outputs based on the information submitted. They may be incomplete or incorrect and are not a laboratory diagnosis or prescription. The user must verify the animal species, age, weight, exact product, concentration, lawful approval, contraindications and current meat, milk or egg withdrawal instructions on the manufacturer’s label before treatment. AgricIQ+ does not manufacture, dispense or administer medicines and is not responsible for product quality, label changes, misuse, resistance, treatment failure, delayed escalation or decisions made without the required checks.

4. No guarantee and lawful limitation of liability

Information is provided on an “as available” basis. AgricIQ+ does not guarantee a particular production, health, financial or commercial outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AgricIQ+ and its operators are not liable for indirect, consequential or business losses arising from platform use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Data, privacy and authorised uploads

We process account identity, farm details, flock and production records, health observations, images, videos, financial entries, device/service data and support communications to operate, secure and improve the service. You must have lawful authority to submit data and media, must not upload confidential third-party material without permission, and must protect staff and customer privacy.

6. Data use and sharing

Data may be used to provide calculations, alerts, reports, AI-assisted analysis, security, support and aggregated service improvement. Identifiable farm information is not sold. It may be disclosed to authorised farm users, instructed service providers, professional reviewers you request, or authorities where legally required. External AI, storage, payment and messaging providers will receive only data reasonably required for their function and will be governed by applicable agreements.

7. Security, retention and user rights

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no service can promise absolute security. Users must protect their sign-in access and report suspected compromise. Subject to law and operational requirements, users may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data and may withdraw optional consent without invalidating earlier lawful processing.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload malware or unlawful material, falsify records, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use guidance to evade veterinary, food-safety or regulatory obligations. Access may be restricted for security, unlawful use or material breach.

9. Changes and governing requirements

Material policy changes will require acceptance of a new version. These terms operate subject to applicable Nigerian law, including applicable data-protection and consumer-protection requirements.
