Investigation credits

Included credits expire at the end of each billing month. Purchased credits carry forward and are used after available included credits. An active subscription is required for new paid analyses.

One complete diagnosis request with up to sixteen relevant photographs uses one diagnosis allowance or purchased credit. Viewing saved results costs no credits; failed analyses restore their credits.

Extra credits cost NGN 500 each and can fund an additional diagnosis or veterinary consultation. Packs of 1, 5 or 10 are available.

One farm, one active pen, basic records, a 14-day feed forecast and one complete diagnosis after approval. Your saved records and reports remain available after your trial or subscription ends.

Payment and activation

Paystack activates your subscription automatically after successful payment verification.

Bank transfer is also available. Submit your transfer details and send your receipt to WhatsApp 09018863599. Allow up to 24 hours for payment verification and activation after submitting your transfer details and sending your receipt.

Renewal adds the selected 1 or 12 months to an active subscription. Previous payments and their recorded credit allowances are preserved.
